I'm jealous that when you tease your hair it will loosen on its own. Mine will stay and just get more ratty. If I don't brush it out, it gets knotted and I end up ripping my hair out when I go to brush it. I definitely have to brush out the back combing before I sleep on it. I love the look and the hairstyles though. I wonder if getting it chemically straightened would help or not, but I do like my texture sometimes when it wants to cooperate.
