370z Sparco R100 Race Seat Install | Episode 3

Always remember to remove the negative side of the battery because airbags can go off when removing sensors under the chair 👌🏼

Just to give you a size comparison to see if these will work for you I am 5' 10'' and 130 lbs. I fit very easily into the seats width wise about an inch on each bolster side for side to side movement. The Harness run through locations are about an inch and a half above my shoulders so I think anyone 6 foot tall and 200 lbs. or less would be very happy with the seats. I like to drive pretty close to the petals for quick foot shifting speed and the seats are too far back now. I just ordered a slider for the drivers seat to reduce the distance to the petals by about halfway. They have quite a bit less lumbar support but I usually use a back pad for daily driving use for back pain/discomfort but should be easy to daily drive from a comfortability stand point but not even close to a lazy boy if you know what I mean. what's the weight per seat with everything mounted i mean a seat ready to be installed ?

Guys if you remove the seats please make sure you don’t scratch the shit out of your steering wheel while trying to remove the seats 😂 The bottom of the seats has metal thats sharp enough to scare the shit out of the steering wheel while on the way out with the seat.

What size of bolt / Nug did you use for the seat belt mounting .

You will need to use a resistor on the airbag plug to get rid of the light to trick the ECU into thinking the airbags are there. I installed Recaro Sportster seats in my Audi TTS and used a resistor, and I don't have an airbag light. Just bought it off e-bay.

What a great upgrade. The 370z seats are too thick and I think they take up too much space. Proper race seats for a proper sports car!
