hot glue the string to a glove. hot glue the glove to the hand part so you don't have to tie it to yourself​ every time

To make it stronger and the thumb grip better/correctly you can run rubberbands down the backside of the fingers down the back of the hand and for the thumb if you run the string down the front of the thumb and across the palm.it will squeeze the right way
