Is it true the word used for beer was "cervesa"? I heard this and found it fascinating but was never able to confirm it.

With all due respect why do modern archeologists think that their audiences are just as 'excited as all get out' about what 'they' have done rather than what has been discovered. I waited for translations of interesting letters, military situation descriptions, family contacts elsewhere in the empire, legionairies writing to friends they may have served with else where...maybe asking about what their new situation is like or "how's ol' Centurion Basterdlis treating you", etc. etc.
I went through, or rather tried to get through your series of videos but I have to say the information was mostly uninteresting...mmeanwhile a wealth of interesting knowledge was intellectually nearby but only slightly commented on.
