Keyboard Carrying Case // Which ones are good?

Shopping for a mechanical keyboard carrying case? Do NOT do what I did...here are my recommendations for a travel keyboard sleeve (vs boxes, etc).

FYI - the felt carrying case here is the KPRepublic one (that I don't see in their store anymore).

The Keychron carrying case is solid though!

Ever heard of Sewing? Just put a needle on it, fixing it. Dont need to trow it in the trash can.

I made the mistake of buying the hard case for the k2 plastic frame and wasted 30 USD ... I mean it's a case, yes. It's premium as the webpage says? Not even close, cheap materials is the summary ... Paid 30 usd for some zippers that say "keychron"

there are some generic cases for all sorts of stuff you can cut out the foam inside and adapt it to your keyboard, my keyboard is really odd, is the tex shinobi a clone of the thinkpad's old mechanical keyboard with the 7 row layout. so it is wide because includes a palm rest.

The felt one from kbd is useless, I have to really squeeze in my keyboard for it to fit. Not even able to close it.

If I were you I'd go for a pair of soft magnets and a pair of small metal surfaces I'd glue on the opposite side. Just kill the buttons and give it a try imho.
