I have a RTX 4080 i9 13900KF 32GB of ram build …. This game on max settings is incredible. I played this on ps5 but never beat it on ps5 it’s insane how much better it looks and plays

if load a savegame and go to the graphics settings then you can see what the settings do in real time. No need for videos/screenshot. What you are showing here is the options in the main menu.

I've been running the game at 4K with DLSS off Max Settings. It looks so much better, and my frames don't drop below 60FPS.

I have a RTX 4070ti and I get between 53fps and 63fps for the most part at native 4k. If you have a RTX 3080ti or a equivalent RTX 4070ti or RTX 3090 or RTX 3090ti you will want to use DLSS because the game doesn’t stay at 60fps at native 4k. There are some sections of the game that a RTX 4080 dips below 60fps at native 4k and in those sections a RTX 4070ti equivalent GPU will drop to a low 40fps upper 30fps range

Have a PS5 but also have dare i say it a over the top pc. Since i have a very high end pc i noticed a important lessons. Why do i have a PS5? Cause most games most best games will be ported to PC. Its a big fat shame that Sony should be shamed when we compare the grapics from PS5 and high end Pc's. The example i use here while i write is Red Death redemption 2. Played it on PS4-5 and later bought the game again but now on the PC. The Grapics on PC are jaw dropping awesome. When the sun go's down the light effects or when the sun just come up. On the pc you wanna stop playing and just walk around and truly enjoy the view. Now back to your video i just watched i see the same. Now at the moment i am playing Forbidden west on the PS5 cause i tought i have it a while i started it but it not sucked me in the game or in amazing grapics. Once again the PC is way better then PS5. I think this is also the reason why Sony is coming already in 2025 with the Playstation 6. I ask all of you if you have a high end PC and know tyhe best games will be ported to PC. Cause of capitalisme and extra money making ways. Why buy a game console i wonder now a days. That is why i say to Sony that the PS5 is just a machine to make easy income. But give your buyers at least super high end grapics and performance. And why would i ever buy a XBox all their games will come directly also to PC. The shorty version about what i write here should be that if you can its better to have a high end PC then a game Console. Because game consoles are great but they don't give you that extra wauw effect and you won't miss anything cause all great games will come to PC. And now i gonna buy Horizon again but for sure on PC :P

Load times, same as any other performance results may vary depending on specs, as it is very well known.

My load times from main menu to game takes like 6 seconds instead of the 15 seconds mentioned in the video for instance, and just a couple of seconds in general for in game fast travel, that is the same or slightly faster than PS5 (Digital Foundry showed this is their Tech review video)

The NVMe Gen/specs matter of course, in my case I am even running a Gen 3 NVMe @3500 Mbps (no need for Gen 4 let alone Gen 5, for gaming as already proven, a high-end Gen NVMe 3 is more than enough at this point and for several more years, at the very least until a new console generation is released)

I just bought this game on PS5 like a month ago, I didn't even think to look when it was coming to PC! It still looks good on PS5, but you can see some weird areas of lower resolution that causes halos and fuzzy transitions...I guess I will sell my PS5 copy and play it again on PC...

I have a hard time understanding if dlss is cut off during the comparison at any point ? It left me felling like i have to go buy both for play station and pc to test my self.
