Kamala Harris accepts Democratic presidential nomination at DNC

Kamala Harris made history Thursday and accepted the Democratic nomination to be the next president of the United States. She is now the first Black woman and person of South Asian descent to accept a major party's presidential nomination. CBS News New York's Jessica Moore and Marcia Kramer report.

I feel her heart more than anything and I think it is genuine. At least, there is hope now, and she finally said how she feels about what is going on in Gaza. That took some courage. It was not easy I bet, as there is a lot of risk in saying that, politically, but she showed her courage tonight, and stood for what she believes in. That says a lot about her. Let's go out and vote.
