Theres a few Pelicana Chicken spots open here in NYC, but the boneless chicken looks nothing like that over here. They're more like chicken tenders and you can see what I'm talking about on the Tasty channel on YouTube

Some places down in Cali got Pelicana. Never had boneless (not sure if they have it available) but the bone in wings are hot, fresh, and juicy. Best kfc you'll probably get in the states at least.
