Thanks for the video. But I wonder why you used one single thread for LMAX. Truth be told, I haven’t read the documentation, but I think it would shine with more threads, maybe 2?
But this depends on the LMAX framework architecture and implementation.
Perhaps for this simple benchmark one thread was enough.
BTW, do you know Java Microharness Benchmark (JMH)? It’s pretty fun to use and do this kind of tests, it outputs a lot of useful data about the benchmark.
