Not delivering mail is a federal offense! Enforce the laws!

Sounds like this is due to DeJoy's poor management ot The People's USPS.
I so wish there was some way to fire that guy.

If not mistaken, the Secret Service can assist the Inspector General into this matter.

I worked for USPS and it’s been a totally dysfunctional organization for years (being overseen by the U.S. Congress is a major reason). However… Even with that said, the only way I can make sense of this forensically is that a person in the employ of the court/clerk “parked” this stuff somewhere, rather than deliver it to the P.O., and it finally made it there when someone found it and said “Oops!” How else could so much mail from ONE SPECIFIC SENDER be so waylaid? No way it all accumulated inside the P.O.

NORTH CAROLINA also is having this issue with the mail. I thought this was isolated until I stumbled on this video this is terrifying.

Please stop and use your brains for a minute just think about this okay

Ladies and gentlemen this is BS! How is it that the postal service specifically held onto all of these pieces of undelivered mail and suddenly, over a three day period, deliver them as return to sender? And how is it that it only seemed to effect Fulton county courts? Someone in the county court system wasn't doing their job and this is a whale of a tail to try and cover their asses

I just received a piece of damaged mail three months to the day it was postmarked. Yes, mail is important.

So no one noticed anything unusual prior to this? Like numerous complaints that the recipients/people were never notified? Just one example.

Will cases be dismissed that we improperly prosecuted due to mail not being delivered on time

I don’t believe for 1 second this was the post office, there’s a huge investigation in the Fulton county judicial system, and surprise, surprise, the Post office just happens to find 3 years of official Judicial mail? Perfect example of what happens when you don’t ALWAYS hire the best applicants 😢
