Apple Watch Ultra 2 How to Set Up & Connect to iPhone!

How to setup Apple Watch Ultra 2 and connect with iPhone 15 Pro Max (or any other iPhone). Plus how to turn on.

I am using iPhone 13 so Can I buy Ultra 2 watch ? Does the crash detection help me? Or is that since am using IPhone 13, even I have ultra 2 it doesn’t work for crash detection sensors?

Thank you, I just ordered my iPhone 15 Pro Max should be in the end of next month, I live in the SW USA, I will then order a Apple Watch series 9, this will be a handy video to refer to. I thought about the ultra series watches there just a little too big and bulky.
