Torres pilots launch master asleep at the helm

This incident isn’t not a one off and company refuses todo anything. There is only so many reports managers can get before this has to happen.

The vessels have a watch alert alarm which goes off every 20 seconds and needs to be acknowledged by the operator.
Due to the length of this video the disgruntled ex employee has obviously taken advantage of the situation by recording someone (illegally) knowing full well it’s between those alarms.
