I'm a digital marketer I was doing freelancing (wordpress website designing) got many projects and tried multiple ecommerce businesses got success and failures many times.
Following you from a very long time I watched many videos from your channel then I got conclusion that job is must to skyrocket learnings.
Got a job without internship and with out prior job experience in good reputed marketing agency in jaipur.
Learned lots of things in very small time.

Also, some agencies or in-house don’t have the budget for paid backlinks. I work at an IT company based in Surat, Gujarat, offering major services in Shopify, WordPress, Mobile Development, Website Design, and more. Also, we have 6 Shopify apps with a large user base.

We have recently registered our company in the US, and by the end of this year, the CEO will relocate to the US, where the company will begin operations.

The CEO has informed me that we need to expand our service business and Shopify apps to the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia. What steps should we take to achieve this?

My first question is: Do we need to create a separate website and Google My Business listing for the US?

Secondly, if the current website works, how can we effectively target customers in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia to generate leads for our services and drive more installations of our Shopify apps?

No doubt, our Shopify apps are being installed globally, but the CEO wants to focus on growing our US customer base, as the US has more Shopify stores than any other country.

Could you please guide me step-by-step? Your advice would be very helpful to me.
