Why You NEVER Dig Straight Down... | Minecraft Xbox [483]

This series is on the Minecraft Xbox Bedrock Edition of Minecraft, and is known as SB's Awesome World. In this episode, I go digging down, and find out if it's a good idea of not to dig down in Minecraft. I am playing on the Bedrock 1.14 update in this video, and the 1.15 Java update was also released recently.

WHEN DIGGING STRAIGHT DOWN: There is a mere 8% chance to run into lava, 3% chance to drop into a ravine, 6% chance to drop into a mineshaft, 4% chance to drop into a flooded cave, a 17% chance of dropping into a normal cave, a 61% chance of running into nothing, and a 1% chance of running into anything else. Therefore, you have only an 11% chance of having a chance of death when digging straight down in minecraft. You should definitely do it, it is the quickest way to get to diamond level.
