Fortnite is CPU-bound, lowering graphics settings won't make much of a difference since the CPU is the limiting factor. I benchmarked tested potatographics versus normal graphics and noticed zero difference and potato graphics felt like my game was more delayed and it just felt useless.

bro it gives me fps drops and less fps than performance mode and normal settings... (i have like 200fps with performance and 100 w that graphics) but i want low graphs cuz i like the way u see the builds
