The bad news is Primary Progressive MS involves slowly worsening symptoms from the get-go, with no relapses or remissions. Meaning symptoms don’t suddenly get worse, but you also don’t experience any breaks in symptom severity. The slightly better news is that this form of MS is not common, affecting only about 10% of people diagnosed.
