Ferrari 458 Italia PURE Sound!

Testing for the first time my new external microphone of the GoPro HD2 behind the exhaust tips of a Ferrari 458 Italia being driven fast by an official Ferrari test driver. Sound quality now is just awesome!

Marchettino, I have one question: The exhaust is stock, but Ferrari has its own Sportsexhaust too, like Porsche has its PSE, right? Ferrari's Sportexhaust looks more black and the Standardexhaust more silver/metallic, or? But can you hear a difference between them? Is the Sportsexhaust even louder?

From a Marco to the Marco: as you want to capture the sound of an exhaust, you need to mind the placement of that mic. You must have noticed that some of the high frequencies are simply not there. What you hear standing behind the car is what you would want us to hear as well. Of course that involves a lot of trial and error, but you'll get to it.

Please, don't get me wrong. I love your videos and I just want you to do an even better job.

Now give us the Veneno!
