Unboxing some new spring baits from Tackle Warehouse. These are new baits that I want to try in the spring of 2021 to catch some big bass!

What new baits do you want to try in Spring 2021?

love that stealth blade jackhammer. Switched to it from a chrome bladed jackhammer with 30 mins to go in a kayak tournament and caught the winning bass. For whatever reason, they just didn't want the flash.

I'm so excited for spring. The water near me gets higher and giant 4+ pound smallmouth migrate up the creek by my house from the river to get ready to spawn. We've had 70 fish days on chatter baits

Enjoyed. Always have good videos on what lures you are using. Definitely have lures and soft plastics you shown in videos in my arsenal.

The jerk shads are great on the drop. Love me an LV500 wish they were not $16 each. I feel like a lose an organ when I lose one. Tight lines Ben.

Hey Ben have you looked at the Duo Realis Rozante Shad 57MR Jerkbait? It dices 5 to 7 ft. Going by the weight you will have to throw it on spinning gear but looks like a nice compact jerk bait for the early spring.

Yo! That jerk Shad looks great on a 3/8 big ned head too.

I almost bought a few of the Damiki DC300's for the same reason- loved the idea of the smaller profile. However there were a ton of comments about the bait having a terrible lip and not being tuned at all, especially at higher speeds, so I decided against it. Hope it works for you though!!!

Hi Ben. New subscriber here, after watching you on ARudd, 's show, and the MB channel. I'm hoping you can teach me a few things on how to catch smb better here in Oregon. I've only been freshwater fishing for a few years, after primarily saltwater fishing in the LA area for the first 50+ years of my life. I'll catch up on your other videos real soon. Thanks man. 🎣👍

You can almost think of a tailspinner as a lipless crankbait. You can reel it steady and slowly and let that blade flash, but you can also fish it in a yo-yo style, letting it sink to bottom and hopping it up. I’ve also seen some people let it sink to bottom and just creep along the bottom with it and just let that blade tick and make a little bit of noise (I’ve seen people catch some big ones with this method but I personally have no confidence in this method. The yo-yo retrieve is my personal favorite)

what’s the reason to choose the duo jerkbait over the vision 110+1 or +2?

I throw the lunker hunt tailspin. Believe they're an ounce. Use it in rivers. Have caught a few small mouth in Spring with them. Casts good. Gets to bottom fast. Swims close to it during retreive too. Thanks for videos.
