Instate succession... notional partition is applied and daughter has right only in father share ...like if father has two sons and one daughter.
The share is divided 1/3 among sons and fathers will get 1/3... in that daughter is entitled to 1/9 .and sons will get 1/3 + 1/ 9 ..

What is the position of after born coparcener in the right of challenging alienation? As after the 2005 amendment - even a daughter is a coparcener.
So the law said that a sole surviving coparcener or a Karta can Alienate the property without any legal necessity IF THEY HAVE NO MALE ISSUE.
Has this changed after the 2005 amendment?
