He is so underrated. Hes the only villain who was right there from the beginning - WW4. Also what a progress from a spy to a snake sage & head of the war. intelligent af, one of the best backstorys.
Tricked akatsuki, replaced orochimaru, tricked tobi, saved sasuke from death etc. Just amazing.

(Ofc sasuke was also always there but he isnt really a villain, thats why i said "only villain")

Love Kabuto, I personally am a big reptilian fan since I was young and when I started watching this series and learned more about Kabuto, he suddenly started to be one of my favorite character, I also loved the design for his snake form and how he is just a better version of Orochimaru
