सर, मैने एक प्लॉट का एग्रीमेंट 2010 में चेक से एडवांस देकर किया, तब प्लॉट का रेट ₹450/- पर sq ft था, 2013 में प्लॉट की रजिस्ट्री 1170/- पर sq ft के सरकारी रेट पर हुई, दिसंबर 2022 में मैने वही प्लॉट 3000/- पर sq ft के भाव बेचा, कैपिटल गेन के लिए रेट 450/- का लेंगे या 1170/- का ?

Sir, selling a residential plot bought in 1994. Stamp duty value is 77.12 lakhs. But selling price is 70.5 lakhs. Which value will be taken for calculating long term capital gain?
