Week 3 day 1.
I'm insanely happy with this session.
A few weeks ago I tried 5 reps at 145. As I wrote, I wasn't happy with the depth. But here I go well below parallel.
The current focus on doing proper pause is working.
Stuff is moving forward as it should.
