Thanks for watching the Salt Point Osprey Nest Camera, starring Orpheus who have been nesting here since 2013. Ursula, his mate of the last two years, replaced his original mate, Ophelia.

Pardon the banging of the camera housing when it is windy and the intrusion of the housing in the camera's view. Birds landing on or knocking the camera housing moves this around on occasion.

This is a motion-activated camera at the Salt Point Natural Area nest in Lansing, NY. The nest is built in 2013 on a 55' utility pole a few hundred feet from the shore of fish-filled Cayuga Lake, the second largest of the beautiful eleven Finger Lakes. Thanks for watching!
