Video showing the results of a fluid dynamic analysis of air flow around a launch vehicle standing on ground.
The air is blowing from left to right.
This simulation consists of two phases.

In the first phase from 0s to 2s the inlet air flow is linearly increased from 0m/s to 0.2 m/s (10%of final velocity) and then maintained at 0.2m/s till 10s.

In the second phase the air velocity in increased from 0.2m/s to 20m/s from time10s to 20s and then maintained at 20m/s till the end at 40s.

So the final part of the simulation from 20s to 40s is where the velocity is maintained at 20m/s and the air flow is left to be fully developped. This time period seems to be insufficient to obtained a fully blown flow or see the eventual fluctuations in the flow
