How to Retouch a Color Melt and Blend Old Highlights

I have a question..i did a client ombre ash gray..and the middle btwn the black hair and ash have orange line..how i get rid that orange..any tips

When you added the lowlight did you apply it to all hair that wasn't foiled? Or just some parts?

I’ve done this before without any issues and this time it went a bit wrong, although not ugly, just not what i wanted. It was nicely blended but the brown bled into the blonde and now it looks grey-ish/silver-ish. I did use toner but nothing. Is there anything I could do or try so I can get a bit of the blonde back?
