Flew with them in business several times Vienna-Delhi. Even older stewards, they were by miles sweetest n professional in sky. What I remember, After the meal they offered some special schnapps, pearl or what was that. Amazing but stronger. Called be my name, nice touch. And took my blazer, hanged it n gave it back just before landing. Small things, but makes overall experience special

Austrian has unbelievably good food in business. Have taken the Vienna to Washington flight many times and it never gets old. The appetizer trolley, the desert trolley, the coffee menu, and the very personal and genuine service by the staff make it the best transatlantic airlines in business by far!

I’ve been on Austrian’s transatlantic business class three times before the pandemic and never found their amenity and service to be disappointing. The seat was spacious enough at my feet, great meal and the flight attendants were just super lovely. Oh and their Eiskaffee is something I’ll never miss. Too bad they terminated their Toronto flight but flies to Montréal instead...Anyways, hope they will stay the way they are after the pandemic is gone and I’ll fly with them again with no doubt.

Just flew their 767 in Business a month ago ORD-VIE and it was wonderful! The service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the food delicious! Even on the E170 from VIE-KBP they served a delicious hot meal in business class! I found them to be quite warm and friendly as well as hard working!

I flew Austrian business class on my first trip to Europe. IAD-VIE. It my first and still my favorite. Single seat. Great crew. Loved the food too.

Lufthansa too don’t regularly update and vary their menu ( in economy/ premium economy), I flew SIN -FRA in 2016-2017 and had the same choice for main meals.

I did the same flight with them (VIE-IAD) on their B767 before Corona. Even though it was in Economy, it was a great experience! Nice meal, great service, amazing crew!
