I don't know why, but this scares me like crazy. Most likely because:
1) awareness of what is happening at school, the literal survival of those who are left with the terrifying monsters that were once students or teachers.
2)Ambient is music because of the echo effect and so on.
3)Well, and of course the production and competent presentation. And personally I like the design of the school, empty corridors in which Blood, corpses and cabinets are found.
All this and other things bring a certain fear to me as if I am there and I feel that I am not safe
