I was expecting a cat 3 autoland though.

You forgot to show where to get the BARO/RADIO values in PERF/APP phase. You can them from the relevant APP charts. You usually pick the number indicated as DH and put it in RADIO which is your minimums altitude.

disconnecting the ap before landing isn't autoland though, is it??

Whew for a moment I thought you stopped doing clickbait, then I realized there was no autoland. Very clever!

Cool video great explanation - however why do you call the video „AUTOLAND“ when you’re not doing an autoland at all? This is regular ILS APP without autoland function. Too bad cos that’s what I was looking for…

Hey, great video ! Thanks for the autoland tutorial. But I was wondering how did you get the Jetblue livrery on A320 Fenix ? I can't get it in the Fenix livrery app.

How did you got that radio number (208) on your perf “appr” page?

Great video although that when you want to disconnect autopilot, you don't just click on the AP1 or AP2 on the panel. Although it's more of a hassle, clicking the red button on the sidestick in the cockpit is the right way as it gives the initial warning the the autopilot disconnected, but you don't need to click the warning light afterwards. The easiest way for me to disconnect it using the sidestick is using the left EFB view and panning down towards the sidestick.

That's a great Video! That's a shame you can't read all of it on the phone cause the image quality might be too low :(

6:54 You can fly on nav 1 and don't need to turn on nav 2. Nav 2 is a spare, in case one of the nav lights goes bad, you don't need to call maintenance as you can just switch to nav 2.
Btw, you need a CAT III ILS for a true autoland. The title is a bit misleading 😁
Anyway, great tutorial!

That was very concise and useful, thank you!

This is an ILS landing not an autolanding, the autolanding automatically lands you on the runway.

Dude.. this has nothing to do with auto land… this is just a precision approach… Also it is good to first learn the procedures and the sequence of the actions that you have to do.. eg LS button is engaged usually below FL100.. Anyway nc try

DH for a Cat III B full autoland is NO DH
Landing weight: you forgot the passengers, cargo and payload. Loadsheet has it
