At 13 weeks, they did a sonogram on me, and my son was sucking his thumb. He wriggled around at the sensation of the sonogram, and he put out his fully formed little hand toward the instrument, trying to push it away. I have always known that children in the womb can feel pain, and even very subtle stimuli. Not only that, they react as any born baby would. Most women don't even know they're pregnant at 13 weeks.

I’ve admired Dr. Carson for many years. The gift from his mother to read and educate himself makes so much sense.
What also resonates from this interview is the phrase land of the free and home of the brave. I pray to God each and every morning that His Spirit will help me in discerning how to hear and see then speak. There are so many compassionate and loving neighbors and people we don’t even know who will immediately step in at emergencies throughout our country. You asked ALL the questions that I most desired to be asked and your questions were all, each and every one, SPOT ON, perfect! I learned a great deal from this interview. Thank you, so much, for what you do and for your great courage and commitment to the pro-life movement. One last thing, if we as American citizens want our country to be turned away from the chaos of the death culture of the Left and the totalitarians to the pro-life and the pro-ethical, moral and religious, conservative common sense perspective we need to unite around Donald J. Trump and JD Vance for President and Vice President of this nation. Otherwise, if the anti-life Democrat Party wins out we will see all HELL break out (literally) to destroy our country forever! Not a difficult choice for anyone who appreciates the Founders and their Founding Principles upon which the United States of America thrived and transformed toward a great civilization, the likes of which had never before existed.

My mom was born when her parents were 41 and her youngest sibling was in highschool. She was born with only half of her right arm but they never treated her differently. She went on to be a CEO at a mid sized hospital. She got pregnant with my oldest sister at 19 unmarried (my parents married after she was born) then adopted my younger sister (biologically my second cousin) to prevent my cousin from having an abortion. She found out she was pregnant with my youngest sister a few months before my adopted sister was born. I can't even express how much I admire her and growing up you just knew there are no excuses. She achieved so much with what many would consider a disability and 4 kids by 27 (3 under the age of 2).
