PORTUGAL: MUSHROOM FESTIVAL at ALCAIDE

I finish off the last of the olives and get some help in at the end from Luise and Chris and her husband. Then round off the week with a visit to the MUSHROOM FESTIVAL in ARCAIDE.

Have you tried drying the mushrooms? Extend the season. A cream sauce, mushrooms and pasta is delicious! The adult dog like thandi was beautiful and huge! I loved the mottled browns in her coat.
