Unless you own a business those are salesman samples I don't think they're actually functional except for the hinges and knobs but the door hardware it does not look functional

I’m a locksmith in Huntington Beach, CA. You definitely came out on top if you have the complete set of all those door handles. That hardware can be pretty expensive.

Some of those look like hinges for garage doors, front doors, etc. from Lynn Cove. They're actually pretty expensive as some of those handles are $80-$100 each. I know because I just purchased some for my garage doors.
