Buyer beware: unless you’re spending hundreds of thousands a year AND actually take advantage of the perks, you will never recoupe those ridiculously high annual fees. Most mainstream credit cards provide very good perks FOR FREE.

Honestly concierge is useless. They do the same thing i can do on google to reserve a table - have had many times where they couldn’t even get a reservation at something as simple as Disney. Shopping? By the time i explain to them what to buy i can hop online and buy it. Only useful perks i have found are the reward points and lounge access.
