Hello to you Hungry two! The rib and chorizo tacos are mouth watering! I had to pause the video and order a rack of ribs while I was watching. It's pretty cool to see the tacos made right on the street and the meat grilling right on the cart. The street food in Mexico just looks so good. Ribs and longaniza for breakfast is a great idea. Although in my case, the rib dish would be something left over from last night's dinner and not freshly cooked like that. I wouldn't mind birria de rez in the morning too. The melted cheese from that taco looks so inviting.😊

The fruit bowl con crema looks so crisp and tasty. Seems a like a refreshing treat after all the meat dishes.

Btw, that chicharrón would seem to go well with some beer and some spicy dip.
