About this session:
Many think Google Sheets is a less advanced tool than Excel with better collaboration options. But in 2021, Google Sheets actually does many things much better than Excel. Data validation, spreadsheet protection, auto-refreshable Pivot Tables, extra functions and much more flexibility in dynamic arrays are examples where Google Sheets outperforms Excel.
On the other hand, Excel has great features not available in Google Sheets. XLOOKUP, Flash fill, Power Query and AGGREGATE are some examples.
While Google Sheets started as an online replica of Excel, Excel also replicated some of Google Sheets’ most loved features in recent years, such as comments and coauthoring. Come join in on the fun and vote for which app performs better at which task!
