This is the bizarre moment a woman stands in front of a car on the phone to police claiming she is being run over despite the vehicle not moving.

Chris Hampshire was left perplexed after making the wrong turn near Cedar Breaks Park in Texas, on August 25 when a parking attendant stepped out in front his truck.

As the footage begins, the woman is pressed right up against Chris’ truck while calling the local police department.

In a matter of seconds, she suddenly starts shouting down the phone that he is running her over before quickly turning her attention to a nearby building and screaming ‘Mike, Mike’.
