Just bought HomePod mini 2 weeks ago, stops playing every 5 minutes, , have spoken to Apple can’t fix it.Sending back, and purchasing another Google audio nest, they are great.

I see why these are so cheap- they suck. They don’t connect seamlessly at all. I always have trouble.

I’ve reset the HomePod multiple times (like 10+ times) and it connects as normal - all the features (handoff, serial number is legit, plays all my Apple music independently) work but the automation section in the home app is still greyed out. It still tells me to connect a HomePod or Apple TV lol. You know what’s even worse? I bought an Eve motion sensor, Eve door sensor and nanoleaf light bulb for it and I can’t even use them…
