What an absolute game changer! No more gauging the wet polish with the magnet!

the way this looks. It looks like outer space, and the magnetic polish looks like a galaxy or maybe even a black hole, and the accent nails look like stars, or smaller planets. This manicure is amazing.

Love the purple! Love the cat's eye trick. Tried it and it's so easy because you can see exactly where the cat's eye effect is on the nail.

Love how thay mani came out! That magnet flare is extra on the flakie gradient, I never thought to try that!! I've been doing magnet under for a while now, never knew it was a new hack lol. I like to do the round magnet under near half moon to get a neat semi circle affect. I was always bumping the magnet on the wet mani as not being able to register height well. Fun as I discovered it by accident. my wand attached to something magnetic on desk, I flipped it over and noticed the magnetic flare and was pleased with the result!

So Pretty! Even tho it's a simple mani, it rivals some of the more complicated nail art. Combining the two polishes gives it dimension and depth, and the accent nail isn't too over the top. It's perfect. 😍

What a great tip. I have more than a few magnets. I can do more than one nail at once. This will be a great time saver for me.

This is beautiful! And SO helpful too! Thank you, I've been wanting to try magnetic polish for something different, but I don't have a lot of patience and wasn't really sure how these worked, so this was great. I have all the Holo Taco, so it was especially helpful to see how you incorporated that as well.

Why didn't I watch this on twitch yesterday like I was supposed to?! Did a magnetic mani earlier today this would have been handy! 🙂

I love this hack!! I'm gonna try it. I've been pretty disappointed with the way the magnetics I've purchased have looked. I hope mine turns out even half as good as yours!! Thanks Colette!! :)

Wow!! 😍😍😍 flashlight time was stunning!!!
Would the outcome be different if the magnet was placed over instead of under the nail??

I LOVE these colors! But I have never heard of magnetic polish. Can you explain what this is/does? And why you need to use the magnet again when you do the top coat?
