With claw grip I don’t really like doing it but found myself using it on my left hand a little bit. I use a ps5 controller and have my edit button on right of the d-pad and inventory on up. Sometimes I just claw the controller to keep moving while switching to edit mode or when managing my inventory while again keeping on the move.

for the smallet hands thing i really believe u should use whatever is comfortable and easiest for u. i have small hands and i prefer the xbox controller without the grips. highly suggest trying both then use what is comfortable for u

Okay so if you're like me and you don't like using claw and you don't have paddles, what I do is I switched my jump button to right stick and my crouch to A. I know its weird, but it really helps when building since the only button you have to press is B and then you can jump around and look at the same time. It makes building a lot smoother. It took me a bit to get used to but once I did, I saw a massive improvement in my builds.
