Analysis III: Basic properties of Riemann integration - Oxford Mathematics 1st Year Student Lecture
Показать описание
Having previously defined Riemann integration, this lecture is concerned with establishing some of its basic properties. For example, the integral of a sum of two functions is the sum of their integrals. Although these properties are very familiar, they require quite a bit of work to prove, and they serve as a good introduction to Riemann integration.
All first and second year lectures are followed by tutorials where students meet their tutor in pairs to go through the lecture and associated problem sheet and to talk and think more about the maths. Third and fourth year lectures are followed by classes.
