Ibis Mojo hd5 after 6 months - 5 questions answered!
While not a really a bike review video, I still thought it good to answer a few questions that might arise should someone be interested in purchasing a Mojo HD5. Having been on my HD5 for 6 months trouble free, I thought this format might help someone.

The 5 questions I picked are the kind that I personally ask when I begin looking at a prospective new mountain bike. Of course, if anyone has a more in depth question, leave that question in the comments and I’ll do my best to answer.

As stated in the video, I put the bikes geo numbers here in the description for anyone who is interested:

Liked your video. I’m 5’5”. Ibis website says I’m in range for a small or medium. Would a medium feel too big?

Obviously you're happy with it but, what size frame did you get? I'm 5"8 and I ordered a small with my soon to be upgraded Specialized. So what size and do the boys clear the top tube while standing over the bike? Great review, btw.

Hi PD. I have a two bike stable. My everyday ride is a Ripley v4 that I love. I didn't know what a poppy bike was until I rode it! I am 5'8" with 30" inseam. My Ripley is a medium and it feels like it may be a touch small. However, I like it so much that I'm thinking of replacing my enduro bike (2018 Remedy, 18.5" Medium-Large) with an HD5. There are no shops that would demo an HD5 in my area. Have you spent any time on a Ripley? If so, how similar is the sizing between the HD5 and Ripley?

I’m getting my first full suspension mtb (YT Jeffsey) this month, do you have any tips about shock tuning?
Also, what do you think about direct consumer brands such as YT?

It’s becoming harder to find a small frame with 27.5 wheels anymore :-( Most are going all in with 29s 👎👎
