for all those people saying the engines were turned off, it just appears so but the engines are perfectly normal. It appears so because the frame rate of the camera and the rpm of the propeller is coincidentally synced in a way that the camera captures the same position of the propeller everytime.

This is the plane making a perfectly normal landing. The propellers look like they're not moving because of something to do with the camera matching something with the propellers. (Edit: i just remembered its the shutter rate). If it's satire atleast say it in the title or description before being forced to make a pinned comment about it.
