This song along with the music video evokes the solitude I've felt during my life, how I never fitted with the people around me, always being rejected for being "different", I was never enough for anybody and when I felt like I had true friends they always became toxic, even I always felt that way, even today as an adult I now recognise I can be myself when im all alone and with the ones who truly love me the most.
