How To Talk To Your Spirit Guides

Communicating with your spirit guides is way easier than you might think.

However you choose to communicate with them, they hear you right away!

Now it's your turn to trust that you'll be able to hear and understand their communication back! This is absolutely the hardest part. So my suggestion to you is to talk to them and ask them for their guidance and support. And then do your best to stay open to the idea that you can receive their guidance - knowing that it probably won't come exactly when or how you expect it to, but that it still will. That state of mind is what will help you start to recognize their guidance time and time again!

First thank you for this video. I'm looking for guidance and maybe you will be able to help clear things up for me.

Why are there situations where people ask their guides for help for years and don't get help? This is my situation. I've had a ten year health problem that literally dozens (easily over 24) intuitives have struggled to figure out. Some intuitives have said, "ask your guides for help" and "your guides want you to communicate with them." So I followed their advice. I have communicated with my guides hundreds of times via thought, meditation, scripting and out loud. Yet my problem has not only persisted, it has become worse. Of course the common response will be that I need to properly listen to the guides, that signs come in different forms, and to let go. Trust and believe, over the course of ten years I've done things the right way and the wrong way with respect to communication with guides. Therefore there have been times when I have had impulses or instincts to do something and I followed them. Still my problem persists. Which leads me to wonder, why? Please keep in mind this is a pretty serious health issue that can have bad repercussions if not fixed. There's much more to the story but I'll leave it there. I'm simply looking for guidance.
