If we're talking all time, then it has to be relevant for a long time. Goyo even pre-errata would be powercrept like 5 years ago. AFD was irrelevant on release. So the only first ballots on this list should only be Dark Strike Fighter and Brionac, both pre-errata, while the rest are up for debate.
