When I was in such excruciating pain. I laid in bed all day long for 3 weeks. I hurt too much to pray...but I knew God knew and I just asked the Holy Spirit to make intercession for me and for others who I was trying to pray for! I asked for wisdom and direction and He gave it! Today a year later I am pain free!!!
