Will the altimeter work under water?
Since it calculates the altitude with the help of the barometer which measures atmospheric pressure and when the watch is underwater the surrounding atmosphere is water instead of air. How accurate will the result be that the altimeter will show based on calculations using barometric data?

I curiously submerged my GWG-1000 Mudmaster in a bucket 🪣 of water and checked the altitude which recorded 45 meters and the altitude of the place where i was conducting this experiment was 270 meters. Now, I am curious to know what result this altimeter shows and its accuracy while diving in the sea 🤿🌊 when i will also have a depth meter to compare the results.
