They look great Alex! You cannot go wrong with Agrax Earthshade. I am painting some 10mm Romans and found painting the figures Gun Metal and a wash of Citadel Nuln Oil. That gives the amour a nice dull pewter appearance.

Alex a great instructional video but as far as I know the ribbed cylinders are gas mask containers and the rolled fabric is the Zeltbhan they have breadbags attached to the rear of the belts usually under the other equipment

Did you paint the webbing on the front of the figures? I'm painting 1/72 Airfix figures just for the heck of it while waiting for warmer weather. I'm too old to start gaming. I know real webbing looks like suspenders in the front but on these Airfix guys it kind of disappears once it reaches the shoulder from the back. I wound up just painting a couple of thin lines down the front. Thanks for the instructional video!
