As a dude I never actually realized I’ve always done it this way until right now. Like I also scratch, but that’s for light irritation, not full on itch

How it’s done:
1. You feel an itch on your balls
2. Bring your hand down and locate said itch
3. Use your pointer finger and thumb to grasp the area of itch
4. Apply a gentle pinch
5. Twist your fingers in a random direction
6. Itch gone
