Now, that's almost true. Here's the bottom line. Is it a great policy? Is it good idea to never have sex outside of your marriage? Absolutely. But what does the law really say?

They need to get away from this "law". Sex between 2 or more of age consenting parties should never be a criminal charge.

Adultery is something that should be held in civil court.
