I am 15 years old .I lost my father before I was born. I was born into poverty in Gibichu Ethiopia. I got several illnesses and due to my being sick and lack of money my mother put me up for adoption. I was then adopted by two American parents. My adopted parents later got a divorce when I was 11. I now live with my adopted mother and struggle with depression and anxiety every day. But listening to songs like this and knowing that someone out there understands even just a little bit puts a smile on my face because I know I am not alone in my brokenness. Thank you Andy Grammar for making me feel not quite so alone. Thank You!

Just saw my favourite idol Cha Eunwoo sharing this on his story since it's Moonbin(his best friend's) death anniversary..and now I'm crying because I also lost my mom to heart attack almost 5 months ago!!! Losing your loved ones is the hardest pain ever 😭💔 To anyone going through grief, we will be alright 😭
